Mail Services

Location

The Mail Services office is located in West Hall, Suite B-114A. Student mailboxes are located on the B1 level of West Hall, across from the Fitness Center.

2016-2017 Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8am-4pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED

Receiving Mail

To receive on-campus mail, be sure your address includes your dorm and room number and the correct zip code. If you experience any issues with your mailbox, contact or go to the Mail Services office.

Mailing a Package

To mail a package, take it to the Mail Services office in West Hall, Suite B-114A. Postage can only be paid with a GWorld card. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.

Package Services

Location

The Package Services office is located in the Mount Vernon Campus garage, adjacent to West Hall (access available on the B1 level). 

If you have received a package, Package Services will send an email to alert you. If you do not get an email and you’re expecting a package to arrive, go to the Package Services office to check to see if it has arrived.
