Student organizations registered with the Center for Student Engagement can reserve Mount Vernon Campus space for meetings, events, conferences, and retreats.

Reserve Space

All students reserving space for their student organization must be an authorized scheduler for that organization. An authorized scheduler is an individual designated to represent the student organization through the space reservations along with allocating the funds that correspond to the booked space. These individuals are responsible to be knowledgeable with the details associated with the space they are booking and serve as the point of contact for any questions during the booking process. Additionally, the authorized schedulers are expected to be knowlegeable of all applicable policies. To update your student organization's authorized schedulers, please submit the Student Organization Authorized Scheduler Request Form through OrgSync.
